Documentation
Project documentation forms an integral part of most projects and is performed upon customer request. Usually we prepare the following project documentation: Preliminary Proposal (serves as a Mutual Vision Document), Commercial proposal, Technical Specification, Functional Specification, Software design (Mockups with description), Development Plan, Test Cases (or Test plans), User manual.

Performance
Employee performance measurement is typically judged against a standard set of competencies in a formal process. Feedback on performance may come from a supervisor, or, in a multi-source employee performance measurement, from peers, staff, internal customers, external customers, supervisors, and even the individual him/herself.
The prepared assessment content measures skills and values that reflect the company mission, objectives, and strategies. Multi-source feedback provides multiple perspectives. Comparison of self-ratings to ratings made by others can show blind spots and unrealized strengths. Every feedback provider (supervisor, peer, direct report, etc.) keeps a Performance Log for documenting noteworthy performance events for each performance ratee.

Reporting on progress
Development process normally consists of five stages: consulting, planning, development, integration and support. Every stage is very important.
The client is able to check results of every delivery phase by reviewing the project progress online. After development is finished, the results are examined, approved and, if necessary, we finish the project with performing the rollout.

Interaction
Interaction with customer begins with receipt of RFP and implies the first stage of determining the best solution for client’s business. When we agree on how the future system/solution should look and function and close formalities, we can proceed to planning, that primarily means writing specifications that need to be signed and approved before actual development starts. They serve as a basis for all the work done on the project and allow close control over the process.
