Working Process Improved with our New Proprietary Software
MitriDAT is always looking for the ways to improve its services and openness to customers. This is why the company is now heavily testing a new information flow management systems by introducing them within marketing, sales and project management departments. This includes centralization and formalization of working processes in the company. The goal is to make customer relations smoother, decrease response time and actively involve all employees in decision making process.
After weeks of system design and integration solutions are online and ready to boost work productivity in just weeks. While still in a test mode new electronic approach creates more opportunities for developing internal knowledge base.
Following the release of Microsoft CRM 1.0 product (a 1st vertical solution using .NET technology) the CRM market segments for mid and small size enterprises will be reshaped, therefore giving a hope for new players. Thus current MitriDAT efforts are envisioning the global CRM systems markets change.
