Challenge: Develop and deploy an e-commerce application providing sales leads based on a number of criteria to registered customers. Initially, the client needed to allow users to select and purchase records on-line. In addition, a large array of information comprising leads and kept on file needed to be organized and managed by the business team. The task included setting up flexible categories, complex pricing model, individual field and record access permissions, multi-level system administration access, duplicate records and unique order content tracking, etc.
Solution: MitriDAT developed a custom application based on MySQL database. PHP web programming language was used to create the back-end. The database optimization allowed to reach fast and effective processing of all queries and boosted the overall database performance. At the same time the utilization of open source technologies allowed to decrease the project cost.
Results: Upon completion the client was presented with a system that has custom yet unique functionality. It was seamlessly integrated into all business processes that increased overall performance dramatically.

Client: Mail Stimulator
Challenge: The aim was to develop a comprehensive application to manage every aspect of massive e-mail campaigns. The client also needed to be able to search for new leads online and have a secure web-based access to the system back-end. A very important requirement was set to the back office itself: it had to be simple in use and user-friendly so that users did not require special technical knowledge to operate it.
Solution: A sophisticated database driven software was developed to encompass client's planning, scheduling, execution, tracking, and statistics of the mailings. The list of major features of the application is provided below:

Challenge: The client required an online suite allowing the customers to purchase their services and Internet domain names online. The system should offer users possibility to perform multi-search for domain names. Additionally the application had to feature convenient shopping cart, discount management systems and CMS for easy control over web resource content.
Solution: In order to deliver the application MitriDAT employed a ready-made SRSplus component, performing registration of single or multiple domain names. To realize the possibility of online payment we implemented Wells Fargo payment portal. MitriDAT also developed a unique architecture of the system. This solution allowed to ensure that the corresponding payments are performed to Valley Web Masters and SRSplus as domain name registrar. The client performs one payment based on the items he/she purchased on the site, while - the system automatically performs corresponding transactions to the required recipient. Additionally MitriDAT developed a content management system allowing to modify the content of the website and gather extensive site statistics. The flexible discount management system enabled to set and track discounts on any item that the company sells through the website.
Results: The client received a convenient, reliable and secure web application matching all their requirements. This allowed to attract more customers and serve them quickly and efficiently, while the site statistics generated by the system allowed to perform thorough analysis of client demands and increase customer retention level.
